1. This Privacy Notice is applicable to the website http://mx.airliquide.com and services controlled by Air Liquide.

2. Air Liquide undertakes to comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility required by law.

3. The personal data provided by the Holder will automatically receive the necessary protection for optimal protection, with all the resources available by Air Liquide.

4. Air Liquide, in no case will transfer the personal data that is collected through the WEBSITE to outside and unauthorized third parties without the express consent of the Owner.

5. Air Liquide reserves the right to transfer the personal data of the Holder to affiliated companies that will give the same treatment of personal data on behalf of Air Liquide, the transferred data will be protected by the confidentiality agreements entered into between our affiliates and the Law, which will subsist even after Air Liquide terminates the relationship with the Holder.

6. The Holder may exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the treatment, use and transfer of their data by means of a written communication addressed to the following email address (cristobal.sandoval@airliquide.com).

7. Air Liquide reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, changes and updates to the information contained in this Privacy Notice.

1. Air Liquide Mexico, S. de R.L. of C.V. (the “Air Liquide”), with registered office at Ave. José Clemente Orozco 329, Col. Valle Oriente, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, C.P. 66269, is a responsible company, which in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals of the United Mexican States (the "Law"), decides the treatment of personal data provided by the owners of the themselves, that is, an identified or identifiable natural person (the "Holder"). The Controller will treat your data legitimately and in accordance with the Law. This Privacy Notice complements the abbreviated notice published on the Air Liquide website http://mx.airliquide.com and that Air Liquide has placed at your disposal provision and is supplementary to what is not referred to in said notice.

2. Air Liquide in this act collects the personal data of the Holder with the following purposes:

2.1 Supply the products that Air Liquide markets and provide the services required by the Holder, in accordance with the contract entered into with Air Liquide, or the purchase order that the client has issued to Air Liquide. The products provided by Air Liquide consist of industrial gases, equipment, products and equipment for welding and all those services related to said products.

2.2 Comply with the obligations contracted with you in accordance with the products that are supplied to you and the services that are provided, as well as inform you of any situation or change regarding said supply or provision of service.

2.3 Assess the quality of the product supplied to you and the service provided by Air Liquide and carry out customer satisfaction surveys.

2.4 Maintain contact with you, in order to invite you to conferences, courses or events, in which current issues related to the products that are supplied to you and the services that Air Liquide provides are discussed.

3. To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, Air Liquide will collect and use personal identification, contact, labor and billing data. The Responsible informs you that in order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, it does NOT require collecting sensitive personal data from the Owner.

4. Air Liquide undertakes to comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility required by law.

5. The personal data provided by the Holder will automatically receive the necessary protection for optimal safeguarding, with all the resources available to Air Liquide.

6. The Responsible, in no case will transfer the personal data that is collected through the WEBSITE or other means to third parties outside and not authorized without the express consent of the Owner.

7. The Responsible reserves the right to transfer the personal data of the Holder, so that they are treated inside and outside the country, if necessary for the purposes mentioned in subsections 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of point 2 of this Privacy Notice. This transfer and subsequent treatment will be carried out to affiliated companies that will give the same treatment of personal data on behalf of Air Liquide, and the transferred data will be protected by the confidentiality agreements entered into between our affiliates, in accordance with the Law, which will subsist even after Air Liquide terminates the relationship with the Holder, for whatever reason.

The Responsible undertakes not to transfer personal data to other third parties, except that for the products or services provided by Air Liquide, they must be transferred to comply with legal obligations before the competent authorities, such as judicial, federal or local authorities. Likewise, your data may be transferred without your consent in the cases provided for in article 37 of the Law, and in the cases mentioned in the preceding paragraph and that are within the cases of the aforementioned article 37, in the understanding that the transfers would be made in the terms established in the Law.

9. Air Liquide reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained in this Privacy Notice.
